Philly Cheese Steak stuffed with wasabi, peas, leeks, and cantaloupe microgreens.

Recipe: 1/2 pound of flank steak sliced thin against the grain. 1/2 yellow onion sliced thin 1/2 bell pepper sliced thin 3 garlic cloves cropped fine 1/4 pound of black pearl mushrooms sliced in thin strips - Megan’s Mushrooms Unsalted butter - Sawatch Artisan Foods Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Melt butter in a large sauté pan add garlic, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Once the onions start to become translucent add the beef. Season to your liking and continue to cook until beef is done. Recommend microgreens: Leeks, cabbage, broccoli, any salad mix, and spicy oriental I'm really loving the cantaloupe it adds a nice subtle sweetness to the dish.
